Post box Treasure Hunt in Basel

Did you know one of the most expensive stamps in the world was launched in Basel in 1845?  This predates the era when even Swiss post was not established. It is the first tricolor stamp in the world - the only postage stamp issued by Basel when each canton was responsible for its own postal services, and there was no uniform postal rates for Switzerland until countrywide postal service started on 1 January 1849.  This stamp is also embossed on the post boxes at six locations around Basel, and let's find it together...!
