Heritage Walking Tour
Walk thru the historical and cultural hub of Kuala Lumpur. This is a walking tour in which can be done yourself, or on the given day the English speaking guide takes you to 12 heritage buildings around Merdeka Square (Dataran Merdeka), describing the history and architecture of each building.

The tour is free of charge and you can register at the counter inside the KL City Gallery (the starting point) or call +603-2698-3333. In many cases when the group size is not big, you can register to join right before the tour starts.
This building was previously used as the government printing office. Now, it is managed by the ARCH group which transforms this building into an information centre.

With more than 100 years old, Victoria Fountain was brought in from England during the British occupation time.
The most prominent building right opposite the padang. The 41m high clock tower, arched colonnades and copper domes are of the Moghul style.
Currently used by the Ministry of Tourist and Culture, this building has a Moorish exterior with four domed towers.
Also known as town Hall,A domed shape pavilion, is currently functioning as a theater, one of the oldest in Malaysia.
