The full trail takes about 2.5 to 3 hours (one way) at a relaxed pace and is best tackled in the morning to avoid midday heat. Most visitors choose to start in Bomerano and end in Nocelle, where you can relax with a drink or light meal before continuing down to Positano via a long staircase or local bus.
