Make your own cream cheese:
Work together with an experienced cheese maker to transform 40 litres of milk into 5 kg of cream cheese. After one hour of pressing time, you can take the cheese home with you.
Make your own "Stöckli" cheese
Traditional. Unique. The special experience in a special environment. Make your own cheese. Process 200 liters of milk into cheese in our Stöckli (a Swiss farmyard building) from 1741. After 4 months ageing time, we will send you your cheese (only possible to an address within Switerland). For guests from far away - there is also the possibility to reserve this offer without buying the cheese.
